3to 6 Years Old

Pee-Wee - We offer Tae Kwon Do classes starting at age 3. Ages 3 - 6 yr olds will be considered to be in our Pee-Wee classes. Our main focus for this age group is to teach them self-confidence, self-discipline, flexibility and strength, focus, and great attitudes! 

 Children

Children - any student age 7 - 12 will be considered to be in our children classes. We also teach them the same areas of focus as mentioned in our pee-wee class but the children group will be capable of following instruction at a faster rate than the 3-6 yr old age group. Also starting in our children class we like to focus more on building leadership skills. Listening to parent's, creating healthy succesful habits, nutrition, self-confidence, strength training, increasing flexibility, and positive thinking are the main focus of all our programs and highly reinforced in our children classes.

Adult

Adult - any student age 13+ will be considered to be in our adult classes. In our adult class the focus is on self-improvement. It does not matter what your age or experience level is you can join our adult class as a beginner, intermediate, or at a advanced level. Tae Kwon Do and the martial arts is a way of life and that is what we are teaching in our adult class. Meditation, nutrition, flexibility, strength, focus, self-discipline, positive thinking, erasing bad habits and creating healthier and more succesful habits are some of the main areas of our teaching in the adult class.

Instructor Program

Instructor program - The instructor program is designed for students who's goal is to become a professional instructor.

Sparring Team

Sparring Team - The sparring team members are accepted based on their ability and desire to compete at a professional level.

Demo Team

Demo Team - The demo team members are also selected based on their ability and desire to perform demonstrations at a professional.
